Deer Creek gets its name from the natural spring creek that runs through the heart of community. It is surrounded by pillowing trees which creates a 1 mile greenbelt. Many of the home sites will back up to this greenway to create exquisite views from your back door.

Chambers Boulevard which serves as the main entrance into Deer Creek is a monument for beauty and conservation. Native prairie grasses will be the central landscape feature with benches and brick walkways along the boulevard. These bioswale cells are an important feature in the conservation and preservation plan for Deer Creek.

A planned community center will serve as the center of activity for Deer Creek with opportunities for fitness, fun and camaraderie.
